I have examined the piece illustrated above (on the date indicated) and I certify to the best of my knowledge that the 60 reis Bull’s Eye postal stamp on 70 microns thick paper with cancelled « Correio da Bahia », Brazilian Stamp Catalog RHM - 61st Edition No. 002 is authentic. The piece has three good margins and no defects. Piece comes with a certificate of authenticity from A.I.E.P. (Association Internationale des Experts en Philatélie).
