Examinei a peça ilustrada acima (na data indicada) e certifico no melhor do meu conhecimento que o selo de 50 réis na filigrana “CASA DA MOEDA” na posição horizontal e denteação 13 x 12,5, novo com goma, Catálogo de Selos do Brasil RHM - 61ª Edição nº 243 é autêntico. A peça é uma grande raridade da filatelia brasileira e apresenta algumas pintas de oxidação.

1928 – THE VERY RARE 50 RÉIS IN WINE COLOR – RHM:243 – S47499

I have examined the piece illustrated above (on the date indicated) and certified to the best of my knowledge that the 50 reis postal stamp in “CASA DA MOEDA” horizontal watermark and perforation 13 x 12.5, unused with gum, Brazilian Stamp Catalog RHM - 61st Edition nº 243 is authentic. The piece is a great rarity in Brazilian philately and has some signs of oxidation.
